Our manufacturing processes are structured and organized. Nothing in the course of manufacturing and quality assurance is left to chance. Entire process is monitored through automatic inspection systems. We also carry out manual controls and testing in our laboratory
TRACEABILITY
Production parameters are subject to consistent process control, registering all production data. In order to guarantee traceability back to the beginning of the production chain, we have incorporated a roll-data history system. Each step is documented, right back to the raw material & other inputs – providing consistency in quality of product & process
